Consistent with CTIA Messaging Principles and the A2P 10DLC program, no mobile information — including your mobile telephone number, your opt-in, or your consent — will be sold or shared with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will remain confidential. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any Firm text message.
5. We Do Not Sell or Share Your Personal Information
The Firm does not sell your personal information and does not share it with third parties for those parties' own marketing purposes. We do not process your personal information for "targeted advertising," "sale," or "profiling" as those terms are defined under the New Jersey Data Privacy Act.
6. Attorney-Client Confidentiality (RPC 1.6)
Information you provide that relates to the Firm's representation of you is also protected by the Firm's professional duty of confidentiality under RPC 1.6 — a standard broader than the attorney-client evidentiary privilege.
7. Data Security
The Firm maintains reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method of transmission is completely secure; do not transmit confidential information by email, web form, or SMS before an attorney-client relationship has been established.
8. Cookies, Analytics, and Tracking Technologies
The Website may use cookies, web beacons, and analytics services such as Google Analytics. Consistent with N.J.S.A. 56:8-166.11, the Firm honors recognized universal opt-out mechanisms such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC).

10. Your New Jersey Privacy Rights
To the extent the New Jersey Data Privacy Act, N.J.S.A. 56:8-166.4 et seq. (effective January 15, 2025) applies, you have rights to confirm and access, correct, delete, port, and opt out of certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the information below. We will respond within forty-five (45) days as provided by N.J.S.A. 56:8-166.7.
11. Children's Privacy
The Website is intended for adults. Consistent with COPPA, 15 U.S.C. §§ 6501 et seq., the Firm does not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen.

The Website may link to third-party websites that the Firm does not control. This Policy does not apply to those websites.
13. Additional Federal Compliance
