Criminal Paralegal & Notary
Brittney Daddato has several years of experience in criminal law, Megan's Law, and case management. She carries the firm's criminal and Megan's Law dockets and serves as its Office Manager. A graduate of Rowan University with a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Justice Studies, she brings both a working command of criminal procedure and the administrative discipline that keeps the practice behind it running.
She takes a criminal file from inception to completion. She enters the appearance, propounds and answers discovery, builds the motion practice, and readies the matter for trial. On the Megan's Law docket she carries registration, reclassification, and termination proceedings through the same arc. These are files where discretion is not a courtesy but a requirement, and she treats it as one.
Brittney is the first voice most people hear when they call this office, and the one who keeps the office itself running, carrying management responsibilities across the firm's day-to-day operations. She is the first point of contact for the firm, and the first step to finding a simple solution to your controversy.
